The New Year is here and that means it’s time for some New Year’s resolutions!

Making a New Year’s resolution and BREAKING it right away seems to be pretty common.

A new survey found that only about 28% of Americans planned on making a resolution this year.

The survey also found the ten most popular New Year’s resolutions people have for 2020.

  2. Save money.
  3. Eat healthier.
  4. Lose weight.
  5. Reduce stress.
  6. Get more sleep.
  7. Stick to a budget.
  8. Focus on your spiritual growth.
  9. Travel more.
  10. Learn a new skill.
