  1. Buffalo Chicken Dip:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, 1/2 cup hot sauce, 8 oz cream cheese (softened), and 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
  1. BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders:
  • In a large slow cooker, place a 3-4 lb boneless pork shoulder and cover with 1 cup barbecue sauce, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of your favorite spice blend.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and shreds easily with a fork.
  • Shred the pork and mix with additional barbecue sauce, to taste.
  • Serve the pulled pork on small buns with pickles and coleslaw.
  1. Jalapeno Poppers:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut 12 jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 4 oz cream cheese (softened), 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon, and 1 teaspoon of your favorite spice blend.
  • Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Wrap each filled jalapeno with a half slice of bacon.
  • Place the jalapeno poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapenos are tender.
  1. Nachos:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chips.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings such as salsa, jalapenos, guacamole, and sour cream.
  1. Spicy Wings:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs chicken wings with 2 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce and 2 teaspoons of your favorite spice blend.
  • Place the wings in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  • Serve with a side of blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
