One Company is Paying Someone $1,300 to Binge Watch Stephen King Films
Horror fans, looks like you can make some money watching a couple of Stephen King movies, 13 to be exact.
Indianapolis-based site, USDish is looking for one candidate to binge-watch 13 of Stephen’s films.
The website picked out 13 films classic King films,
- Carrie (original version or the 2013 remake)
- Children of the Corn
- Christine
- Creepshow
- Cujo
- Dreamcatcher
- It (original or 2017 remake)
- The Mist
- Pet Sematary (original or 2019 version)
- Salem’s Lot
- The Shining
- Thinner
- Misery
Here’s a preview of the job description:
“The idea candidate has to be detail-oriented enough to track their experience. They could even share their scares on social media and vlog every time they jump out of their seats.”
The chosen one will have to share what they thought about each movie with the Dish audience and will have to wear FitBit (provided by the website) to monitor ones heart rate while having the viewing the films.
If you get picked for the role, you’ll score $1,300 along with a “Stephen King Survival Kit” that has a flashlight, snacks, a blanket, an Amazon gift certificate to see It: Chapter 2 or Doctor Sleep at your local movie theater.
If you want to apply, you would need to be at least 18 years old and a U.S citizen. You also need to share a 200-word essay on why you should be chosen and you can also share an optional video too.
