Oakland Elementary School Students Perform NBA Finals Song

Pretty much everyone in the Bay Area is rooting for the Golden State Warriors, even these kids from Cleveland Elementary School in Oakland!
Second-grade music teacher, Maggie Ruenzel wanted to spread the Warriors love to her students, so she wrote her own special Warriors jingle for the children to sing.

Ruenzel spoke with NBC Sports Bay Area and mentioned that she was just in the shower when she made the song up. She tends to write things every here and there and to top it all off, she’s a huge Warriors fan.
If you listen close enough, you’ll even here some Stephen Curry metaphors in the song.
The class only had three days to learn and perform the song. They did an amazing job!
