Netflix Acquires “Seinfeld” For Half a Billion Dollars

Netflix has lost a few comedy shows like, “The Office” and “Friends” but on a brighter note, they’ll have “Seinfeld” available to stream.
The Los Gatos based streaming service signed a deal that more than half a billion dollars to have the show on its streaming platform.
Hulu currently has episodes of Seinfeld, but their deal ends in 2021, and that’s the year when Netflix will have the show up.
Hulu, Amazon, NBC, HBO Max and CBS All Access were trying their best to get the show onto their platform but lost the bidding war to Netflix.
