Joe Montana Statue Vandalized At Levi’s Stadium After 49ers First Loss Of The Season

One man was not happy over the Niners losing to the Seattle Seahawks on Wednesday.
He was so upset over the game, that he ripped off Joe Montana’s facemask off his statue at Levi’s Stadium.
According to KPIX 5, Suspect, Alberto Lopez, “jumped up and grabbed the facemask of the statue, eventually breaking it off.”
The stadium security got to the man and he was later arrested by Santa Clara police for felony vandalism.
Crews have already started repairing the statue and are planning on having it fixed before the 49ers home game on Sunday.
Good thing nobody was hurt, except for that statue which will look good as new soon.
