New Taylor Swift song causes “influx” of GLAAD donations
Taylor Swift isn’t going to be calming down any time soon.
And that’s making a lot of people super GLAAD.

According to NBC News, TayTay’s new music video is inspiring her fans to activism.
Specifically, they’re donating money to a worthy organization.
GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Discrimination) says they’ve received an “influx” of donations since Thursday.
After Taylor dropped “You Need To Calm Down”

GLAAD’s director of talent engagement told NBC:
“The fact that she continues to use her platform and music to support the LGBTQ community … is a true sign of being an ally. ‘You Need to Calm Down’ is the perfect Pride anthem, and we’re thrilled to see Taylor standing with the LGBTQ community to promote inclusivity, equality, and acceptance this Pride month.”
Eagle-eyed fans also pointed out, Taylor’s not just supporting one good cause with the song.
She’s also shouting out the Equality Act:
