Facebook Dating Service Launches in the United States
Facebook wants to help you find “the one” or at least someone special.
The social media site created their own dating service called, “Facebook Dating” which was launched today, September 5, 2019.
This Facebook feature was tested a year ago in Colombia and looks like it went pretty well.
You can find Facebook dating in the mobile app, where you’ll be able to make your own dating profile which will separate your Facebook information. It will be available to use for those who are 18 and older.
To find your potential partner on the app, Facebook will match you with other Facebook users based on what’s on your profile.
Your current Facebook friends will not be able to see your activity on the dating service unless the “Secret Crush” feature is enabled.
If you’re interested in someone and someone is interested in you, the app will let you know.
