There are always a TON of events for Easter weekend around the bay area!  Depending of what you like to do, from brunch to egg hunts, you’ll find something nearby.  Here are a few south bay happenings, and The Mercury News has compiled a huge list of events all around the Bay Area here!

Fairmont San Jose Easter Brunch: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. April 21, Imperial Ballroom, 170 S. Market St., San Jose. Featuring a wide variety of classic dishes, brunch favorites and desserts. Menu includes a chilled seafood display, charcuterie, carving station and more. $120.

SF Rec & Park Eggstravaganza: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. April 13, Robin Williams Meadow, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco.

Big Bunny 5K: 8:30 a.m. April 20, Cupertino Civic Center, 10350 Torre Ave., Cupertino. Adult 5K and kids fun run. Have fun and wear your bunny costumes. $12-$45

Campbell Eggstravaganza Easter Egg Hunt: 9-11 a.m. April 20, Campbell Community Center, 1 W. Campbell Ave., Campbell. Includes egg hunt with 20,000 eggs, five jump houses, petting zoo with bunnies, live performances, face painting and more. Free.

Bunnies and Bonnets Parade: Noon April 20, downtown Campbell, along Campbell Ave. to Third St. The 21st annual parade, which follows Campbell’s Eggstravaganza, will feature marching bands, dancers, animals, community groups and more.

Shoreline Lake Egg Extravaganza: 10 a.m. April 20, 3160 N. Shoreline Blvd., Mountain View. Easter egg hunt, Easter Bunny appearance, egg dyeing stations, assorted craft-making activities and lawn games. $15

Easter Celebration at Gilroy Premium Outlets: 1-3 p.m. April 20, 681 Leavesley Road, Gilroy. Featuring photos with the Easter Bunny, face painting, balloons and more.

Epic Easter Egg Drop: 10 a.m. April 21, San Jose Giants, 588 East Alma Ave., San Jose. Some 50,000 eggs will fall from the sky. Children ages 0-10 are welcome to participate. Children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities, ages 0-22, are also welcome. Free, but $3 donation per child appreciated
