David Beckham Waited Over 13 Hours in Line to Pay His Respects to Queen Elizabeth II
David Beckham waited in line to pay his respects to Queen Elizabeth II. He thought by arriving at 2am he would beat the lines but he was wrong. David patiently waited his turn which came over 12 hours later. As you can imagine his presence did cause a bit of a stir but he was gracious and took photos with fans. Once inside he was visibly emotional wiping away his tears.
David Beckham joined the queue to see the Queen’s coffin at 0145 am Friday morning. If he looks like a man who has been up all night – he has. Full credit to this man who could have played the VIP card. He is a credit to our nation, and his Queen. pic.twitter.com/Gc8VQSETGn
