West Coast burger chain, In-N-Out is currently dealing with the law.

The state of California is suing the chain for allegedly starting a 2017 wildfire.

California claimed on the lawsuit that a piece of equipment that was hot had set dry grass on fire that was on property back at the time.

The wildfire was the “Husana fire” which burned 245 acres over 4 days.

California Fire has been trying their best to get money back from In-N-Out for the issue, but no luck. They started the lawsuit in hopes to get funds back.

Do you think California can get their money back?
