Britney Spears has had an incredibly rough year.
Between her father’s near-death experience…
Cancelling her Vegas residency…
And checking herself into a mental health facility…
She definitely deserves a break.
Unfortunately for fans, that could mean bad news.
Britney Spears May Never Perform Again, Manager Larry Rudolph Says https://t.co/rN8Q2vPnl5
— TMZ (@TMZ) May 15, 2019
According to Variety, the singer may be looking at stepping away from the spotlight for a while.
Her manager, Larry Rudolph, updated reporters on her condition:
“All of the professionals who work with her are being told on a need-to-know basis — from what I have gathered it’s clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again.”
Rudolph noted that while the Vegas residency is effectively kaput…
If she wants to return to music and performing…
It will be on her own terms.
“Let her be a civilian for a while… She’s given so much. Give her time.”
Honestly, considering how difficult things have been for her.
This really only makes sense.
She absolutely needs to focus on her mental health.
Her music, touring, and working… all of that comes second.
We’ll send her all of the positive vibes in the meantime.
