Bay Area Legoland Discovery Center Is Looking For A “Master Model Builder”
If you’re looking for a fun new creative gig, Lego might be able to help.
The Legoland Discovery Center opening at Great Mall in Milpitas is looking for their very own, “Master Model Builder.”
A two day competition will be held around Spring 2020 to find a Master Model Builder for the store.
According to the Mercury News, the person who wins the competition will get the title as the Master Model Builder and will be in charge of creating new features and models at the center. They would also have to be comfortable working with children.
An Executive with Merlin Entertainments, Johnny Campbell talked about the role,
“Now is the opportunity for Lego lovers from throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to showcase their skills for a chance to become a Master Model Builder at California’s first Legoland Discovery Center. The ideal Master Model Builder is someone with a zest for creativity and artistry and who shares a passion for the Lego brand. We can’t wait to see what brilliant creations they come up with!”
The Discovery Center will cover more than 31,000 square feet and will have an indoor playground, interactive/educational experiences as well as large Lego play areas like, a brick pool, classes from the Lego Master Model Builder, an Imagination Express train ride, cinema, a “Miniland” area featuring lego sets of local landmarks and MORE!
Sounds like one big giant playground perfect for Lego lovers alike.
